Counselling is all about giving advice, suggestion, guidance to a person who either is aware of the problem and wants to improve; or is in stress but ignorant about the situation. In both cases guidance by the expert can put them on the right track to move on in life. Such situations are not unusual to hide from others.
Everyone at some point of time in life face a situation where one feels abandoned, create a cocoon of isolation, feels helpless and hopeless.
Counselling is a process of understanding the root cause of the problem. Diagnosing the real problem and suggesting the solution is the purpose of counselling.
